Order processing
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. A separate dispatch email is sent when tracking becomes available.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or visit our order tracking page. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delays, damage or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the available delivery information and explain the next step.
